I’m an operations system strategist. For more than a decade, I’ve worked with other small businesses to integrate technology solutions to improve the experience of doing business on and offline.
When you hire us, I check out the processes and platforms you use to market, sell, and deliver your offers, communicate internally and externally, and organize your information. My team and I develop recommendations and an implementation plan. We also train you + your team on the management concepts and systems you’ll need for your company to flourish.

Hi, I’m Sierra, your creative virtual assistant from Washington, D.C. with a knack for organization and design. I am known as the “planner” of the group for my sleuthy attention to logistics and creative chops.
