  • 3rd party troubleshooting + follow-up;
  • alternative research, and

Receive the task-based support and system maintenance necessary to keep things running smoothly, such as monthly reports on website traffic and other leading metrics where available. This plan includes interfacing & follow-up with 3rd party tech support and/or research of alternative solutions in the event of a permanent software failure.
